The extent of the personal property of the spouse of the debtor in receivership or liquidation
shall be established by the debtor, in accordance with the rules of the ante nuptial settlement.
Where the body of creditors can prove by any means that the property acquired by the spouse
of the debtor was purchased with funds provided by the debtor, the creditors may request that
the property so purchased be included in the assets of the debtor.
The property so included may only be recovered by the spouse concerned only upon his payment
of the debts and securities which burden it.
