In case of discharge, the costs of the proceedings instituted by the Bankruptcy Trustee in the
name of the creditors shall be borne by the body of creditors and, in case of conviction, by the
Public Treasury except where the latter’s action against the debtor is brought under the conditions
laid down in paragraph 2 of Article 237 above.
