At the request of the debtor and upon a report of the Bankruptcy Trustee responsible for
controlling the execution of the preventive composition agreement, where one has been
appointed, the competent court may decide that changes likely to shorten or foster the execution
of the agreement be made.
The provisions of Articles 139 to 143 below shall apply to the resolution and cancellation of
the preventive composition agreement.
