The provisions of this Part shall apply:
1° to any trader who are natural person;
2° to any natural person who is a manager of company subject to collective proceedings;
3° to any natural person permanently representing a company which is manager of the company
referred to in 2° above.
Manager of company referred to in this article shall include any ex officio or de facto manager,
whether remunerated or not, apparent or hidden.
