The expert appointed pursuant to the provisions of Article 8 above shall submit a report of his
mission to the President of the competent court within a period of one month from the date the
preventive composition agreement is approved.
The President of the competent court shall visa the report.
Where the debtor fails to retrieve the documents and bills he gave to the expert, the latter may
keep them for only two years following his report.
