Goods and movable property forwarded to the debtor may be reclaimed as long as they have
not been transferred into his warehouse or in that of the commission-agent responsible for selling
them on his behalf or handed over to an agent responsible for receiving them. Nonetheless, the
claim shall not succeed where, before the arrival of the goods and movable property the title
documents pertaining thereto have regularly been transferred to another person..
