Goods and movable property which have not been delivered or forwarded to the debtor or to a
third party acting on his behalf may be retained by the vendor.
This right shall be exercisable even where it is stipulated that the price is payable on credit and
the transfer of ownership has taken place before the delivery or dispatch of the goods and
movable property.
