Each State party shall appoint the body responsible for keeping the National
Registry.
The National Registry shall be overseen by the ministry in charge of justice. Information
contained in the forms forwarded to the National Registry shall be destined to the public.
Upon receipt of anyrequest for information addressed to the National Registry, the clerkor the
person in charge of the competentbody inStateparty mustreplyimmediatelyor at the latest within
forty-eight (48) hours from the receipt of the request. The request and the response may be sent
electronically.
