The seller shall deliver the goods in quantity, quality, specifications and
packaging in accordance with the terms of the contract.
Where the contract is silent, the seller shall deliver the goods according to customary practice or
in the same way ashe presented samples or models. He must also deliver them in packages or
conditions usually applied for this type of goods or, failing that, in conditions enabling their
conservation and protection.
