Where the sales contract provides for delivery of goods to a carrier, the seller
shall meet his obligation to the buyer by delivering them as requested.
However,theselleris required to concludethe necessary contracts so the transportation iseffected
by appropriate meansandaccording to customaryconditionsup to thelocation agreed with
thebuyer.
The seller is not required to subscribe to a shipping insurance, but he shall, at the request of the
buyer,provide him with all informationnecessarytocontract such insurance.
