The lessee shall undertake to keep the premises given out on lease as a responsible tenant and
in accordance with the intended use provided for in the lease, or in the absence of any written
agreement, according to the expected use dictated by the circumstances.
Where the lessee uses the premises for any purpose other than that stated in the lease, and the
lessor suffers damage as a result thereof, the lessor may apply to the competent court to terminate
the lease.
The same shall apply where the lessee carries out a related or additional activity to that specified
in the lease.
