SECTION 42

Where a corporate or natural person who is a Trader fails to apply for registration within the prescribed time-limit, the competent court may, of its own motion or at the request of the Registry in charge of the Trade and Personal Property Rights Register or, at the request of any other person order that such registration be done. The competent court may, under the same condition, order any natural or corporate person registered in the Trade and Property Rights Register to either: - have necessary information added or amendments made in the Register in the case of any incorrect or incomplete declaration; or - be removed from the Register.
