SECTION 213

The acceptance of an offer shall take effect from the time when the offeror receives notice of acceptance. The acceptance shall not take effect where the offeror does not receive the notice of acceptance within the time limit stipulated by him or, where this is not stipulated, within a reasonable time limit considering the circumstances of the transaction and the method of communication used by the offeror. An oral offer shall be accepted forthwith unless from the circumstances the contrary is implied.
