The authority of a commercial intermediary shall be terminated:
- upon an agreement between the principal and the commercial intermediary;
- upon the full performance of the transaction or transactions for which the authority was given;
- upon revocation at the initiative of the principal, or upon renunciation by the commercial
intermediary.
However, a principal who without good cause revokes the mandate given to the commercial
intermediary shall compensate him for any damage suffered.
A commercial intermediary who without good cause renounces the performance of his mandate
shall compensate the principal for any damage suffered.
