SECTION 28

Except where provisional enforcement has been ordered by the arbitral tribunal, an application for annulment of the arbitral award shall stay the execution of the award, pending the determination of the application by the competent judge in the State Party. The competent judge shall also have jurisdiction to rule over disputes relating to provisional enforcement.
