SECTION 21

The arbitral award shall be signed by the arbitrator or arbitrators. However, where a minority of the arbitrators refuses to sign the arbitral award, mention shall be made of such refusal and the arbitral award shall have the same effect as if it had been signed by all the arbitrators.
