The article examines the implementation and interpretation of the OHADA Uniform Act on simplified recovery procedures and enforcement measures, focusing on the tension between national legal practices and the autonomous Community legal system, particularly regarding the scope of abrogation of national laws and the role of the CCJA in ensuring uniform application.
