SECTION 33 — Publication of judgment

(1) Where the competent court may order publication of its judgment, it shall be posted in manner to be prescribed by decree for up to 2 (two) months in the case of felony or misdemeanour or (15) fifteen days for a simple offence. (2) In such case, the competent court may order publication of its judgment in such media as it may indicate. (3) Any such publication shall be at the expense of the convict. (4) Posting may be limited to the operative part of the judgment. (5) The provisions under Sub-sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 above shall also apply to corporate bodies.
