The following are preventive measures:
a) for natural persons:
- ban on exercise of activity ;

confinement in a special health institution ;
- confiscation
b) for corporate bodies:
- ban on exercise of activity for a specified period of time ;
- confiscation ;
- placement under judicial supervision, for a specified period of time.
