(1) The agenda of the National Assembly shall be drawn up by
the Chairmen's Conference.
(2) The Chairmen's Conference shall comprise: Chairpersons of
Parliamentary Groups, Chairpersons of General Committees and Members of
the Bureau of the National Assembly. A Member of Government shall take part
in the deliberations of the Chairmen's Conference.
(3) The President of the National Assembly shall chair the
Chairmen's Conference.
(4) The agenda of the National Assembly shall comprise, in the
order laid down by the Government, the discussion of Government bills and
Private Members' bills declared admissible. Other Private Members' bills
retained by the Chairmen's Conference shall be considered subsequently.
(5) Should a Private Member's bill not be considered after the two
ordinary sessions, such bill shall be automatically considered as of right at the
subsequent ordinary session.
