The salary referred to, in Section 111 above shall include for all
officials, whether civil or military, the total amount of salaries and subsidiary
allowances of all kinds that are subject to deductions by the Treasury in respect
of pensions and granted under the regulations governing officials in active
service list as well as the family supplement and family allowances provided for
by the laws in force.
