(1) This /aw governs economic zones in the Repub/ic of Cameroon.
(2) It lays down the general framework for establishing and ma naging
economic zones, as weil as conditions for admitting enterprises to such zones.
(3) It shall be an investment,
export,
competitiveness,
employment,
economic growth and regional development
incentive
and/or promotion tool.
