SECTION 1 — The President of the Republic is hereby authorized to

accept the Amendment to Article XXI of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, adopted during the extraordinary meeting of the Conference of the Parties held in Gaborone, Botswana, on 30 April 1983.
