The division of the annual holiday with pay into parts may be authorised by the competent authority or through the appropriate machinery in each country.
Unless otherwise provided in an agreement applicable to the employer and the employed person concerned, and on condition that the length of service of the person concerned entitles him to such a period, one of the parts shall consist of at least two uninterrupted working weeks.
