(1) Where public law and order are seriously threatened, the
administrative authority may, by order, prohibit any such meeting(s).
(2) In such case, the administrative authority shall agree with the
organizers on a new date or, where necessary, venue to enable them to hold
such meeting(s). It shall inform the competent branches of Elections
Cameroon of such arrangements.
