(1) It is forbidden for any one to circulate or cause the
circulation of any ballot papers, circulars, documents, articles or objects
related to the election in any way whatsoever, on election day.
(2) Any document or other articles circulated in violation of the
provisions of Section 92 (1) above shall, at the behest of Elections
Cameroon, be seized by the Administrative Authorities without prejudice to
such criminal prosecution as may be instituted against the offenders.
