Law relating to the electoral code › Title 3 › Chapter 5

SECTION 86

(1) Electors shall be convened by decree of the President of the Republic. (2) No less than 90 (ninety) days shall elapse between the date of publication of the convening decree and the day of election. (3) Polling shall take place on a Sunday or a day declared a public holiday and shall last a single day. (4)The decree convening electors shall specify the time of opening and closing of polling stations.
