SECTION 64

(1) The Divisional Supervisory Commission, whose seat shall be the chief-town of the Division, shall comprise: Chairperson: the President of the High Court with territorial jurisdiction. Members: - 3 (three) representatives of the Administration, appointed by the Senior Divisional Officer; - 3 (three) representatives of Elections Cameroon, appointed by the Head of the Divisional Branch of Elections Cameroon; - a representative of each candidate. (2) The composition of the Divisional Supervisory Commission shall be approved by decision of the Head of the Regional Branch of Elections Cameroon. (3) Notwithstanding the provisions of Sub-section (1) above, the Divisional Supervisory Commission shall be presided over by a Judicial /Legal Officer appointed by the President of the Court of Appeal with territorial jurisdiction where there is no High Court in the Division, or where the President of the said High Court is unavoidably absent, as the case may be. (4) The defaulting member may, by simple notification to the Chairperson of the Divisional Supervisory Commission, be replaced by the authority or candidate who appointed them.
