SECTION 37

(1) An Auditor shall be appointed to Elections Cameroon by the Minister in charge of finance for a term of office of 3(three) years, renewable once. (2) At the end of every financial year, the Auditor shall submit to the Minister in charge of finance a report on the financial management of Elections Cameroon.
