(1) The cost of paper , printing of ballot papers, envelopes and
various election documents, as well as the cost of transportation or production of
election materials or documents shall be defrayed under the elections budget.
(2) The functioning of electoral commissions shall be charged
to the budget of Elections Cameroon and/or the elections budget.
