(1) A regional supervisory commission shall be set up in each
Region as follows:
Chairperson: a magistrate of the Court of Appeal, designated by the President
of the Court of Appeal of the jurisdiction;
Members :
- 3 (three) representatives of the Administration, designated by the
Governor;
- 1 (one) representative of each political party taking part in the election ;
- 3 (three) representatives of Elections Cameroon, designated by the
Chairperson of the Electoral Board.
(2) The composition of the regional supervisory committee shall be
established by the Chairperson of the Electoral Board.
