(1) The following may apply to take part in the referendum
campaign:
- political parties represented at the National Assembly and/or the
Senate;
- political parties which obtained at least 5% of votes cast in at least
one constituency during the last election of Members of Parliament
and/or Senators.
(2) The application referred to in sub-section (1) above shall indicate:
- the full address of the political party;
- the full name and domicile of the legal representative of the
political party;
- the “YES” or “NO” vote on the bill submitted to the referendum.
