(1) The decision to accept or reject a list of candidates may be
challenged before the competent administrative court by a candidate, the
representative of the list concerned or of any other list or by an elector whose
name appear on the electoral register of the council concerned.
(2) Disputes or complaints shall be filed by simple petition within
5 (five) days following the publication of lists of candidates.
