(1) No person shall be eligible for election if, by virtue of his own
act, he has placed himself in a position of dependency on an alien, a foreign
organization, power or State or is an intelligence agent thereof.
(2) On application of the relevant government service or any
interested person(s), such ineligibility shall be established by the competent
administrative court within 3 (three) days following referral of the matter.
