Law relating to the electoral code › Title 5 › Chapter 4

SECTION 166

(1) The substantive candidate and his alternate shall both pay a deposit into the State Treasury in the amount of 3 000 000 (three million) CFA francs, according to the form and terms of Section 124(2) of this law. (2) The deposit shall be refunded by the State Treasury in the cases provided for by Section 147 of this law.
