(1) Administrative and technical monitoring shall include:
- assessment of compliance with standards of flaring;
- verification of volumes of gas flared;
- upkeep of equipment and facilities;
- safety of persons and property;
- environmental protection.
(2) The conditions for implementing the provisions of
Subsection 1 above shall be laid down by regulation.
