Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 6 above, the Chairperson of the
Board of Directors shall exercise the following prerogatives:
- authorise, after the opinion of the Board of Directors, exceptional procedures;
- sign, alongside a Board Member, the instruments appointing the chairperson
and members of the Internal Tenders Board;
- send copies of the instruments penalising irregular procedures and the authors
thereof to the Authority in charge of Public Contracts and the body in charge of
regulation.
