Where a project within a public corporation is jointly financed, a Special
Tenders Board may be set up within the said project by a resolution from the Board
of Directors, depending on the financing conditions. In this case, the instrument
setting up the Board shall indicate the composition of thereof, which composition
should take into account the specificities of the said project.
