Decree No. 2018/355 on common rules applicable to contracts by public corporations › Chapter 2

SECTION 15

(1) Meetings of the Board shall be valid only when held in the presence of its chairperson and at least half of the members. (2) The decisions of the Board shall be passed by a simple majority of members present. In the event of a tie, the Chairperson shall have the casting vote.
