(1) The chairperson, members, and secretary of the Internal Tenders
Board shall be appointed by the Board of Directors. The chairperson should be a
person from outside the public corporation concerned.
(2) The secretary of the Internal Tenders Board shall be appointed by the public
corporation’s Board of Directors from within the internal entity in charge of the
administrative management of the public corporation’s contracts.
(3) The chair and members of the Internal Tenders Board shall be appointed for a
term of 2 (two) years, renewable once.
