SECTION 78

(1) The duties of the judicial police shall be performed under the supervision of the State Counsel by judicial police officers, judicial police agents and all other civil servants or persons to whom judicial police duties are assigned by law. (2) In this capacity, the persons referred to in the preceding sub-section shall be auxiliaries of the State Counsel. (3) In each jurisdiction of the Court or Appeal, the judicial police shall be under the control of the Procureur General. The Procureur General shall evaluate, at the end of each year, the work of judicial police personnel referred to in subsection (1). SUB-CHAPTER I THE STATUS OF A JUDICIAI POLICE OFFICER
