SECTION 708

When an infant is released on bail, the Examining Magistrate or the court require: - a written undertaking binding him over to be of good behaviour and to appear at any time when he is required to do so; Courtesy of the Cameroon Center for Demoncracy and Human Rights – CCDHR: www.ccdhr.org 159 - a recognizance entered into by his father, mother, guardian or custodian to guarantee his appearance in court when so required; - an oral engagement by any person worthy of trust, guaranteeing the minor's appearance in Court.
