SECTION 542

(1) Where the application for review is not admissible or is dismissed, the applicant other than the Minister in charge of Justice shall be liable to pay costs. (2) Where the court acquits the applicant, or where the application has been made by the Minister in charge of Justice, the costs shall be borne by the Public Treasury.
