Criminal Procedure Code › Book 3 › Title 1 › Chapter 3

SECTION 310

(1) The judge shall be guided in his decision by the law and his conscience. (2) His decision shall not be influenced either by public rumour or by his personal knowledge of the facts of the case. (3) His decision shall be based only on the evidence adduced during the hearing.
