(1) Where the full funding required for the execution of a project cannot be raised in one financial year and the services may be spread over several years or executed in several phases comprising a firm tranche and one or more conditional 30 tranches, the Project Owner must schedule the expenditure related to each financial year.
(2) The contracts referred to in (1) above must feature in a single invitation to tender and indicate the period for which they are concluded.
