SECTION 43

(1) Under the authority of a Sub-Director, the Sub-Department for International Cooperation shall be responsible for: - drawing up cooperation policy and programmes with Cameroon’s partners relating to the promotion and protection of human rights; - following-up cooperation projects between Cameroon and development partners with regard to the promotion and protection of human rights; - assessing cooperation between Cameroon and development partners with regard to the promotion and protection of human rights; - following-up international negotiations and codification conferences in conjunctions with the Administrations concerned; - following-up activities of the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court, in conjunction with the Administrations concerned. (2) In addition to the Sub-Director, the Sub-Department for International Cooperation shall comprise two (2) Assistant Research Officers.
