(1) Under the authority of a Sub-Director, the Sub-Department for
International Judicial Cooperation shall be responsible for:
- Enforcing international rogatory commissions in criminal matters;
- studying extradition, mutual criminal judicial assistance and following-up
transfers.
(2) In addition to the Sub-Director, the Sub-Department for International
Judicial Cooperation shall comprise two (2) Assistant Research Officers.
