(1) Under the authority of a Sub-Director, the Sub-Department for
Administrative, Financial and Audit Litigation shall be responsible for following-
up matters pending before Administrative and Audit Courts.
(2) In addition to the Sub-Director, the Sub-Department for Administrative,
Financial and Audit Litigation shall comprise three (3) Assistant Research
Officers.
