Under the authority of a Service Head, the Reception and
Orientation Service shall be responsible for:
- receiving files;
- receiving petitions;
- receiving and informing the public;
- controlling the conformity of files.
(2) The Reception and Orientation Service shall comprise:
- the Information and Control Office;
- the Rejected Files Office
