(1) Under the authority of a Unit Head, the Monitoring Unit shall
be responsible for:
- following-up of the activities of central, decentralized and judicial services,
with the exception of court activities;
- making summaries of action programmes, memoranda on the economic
situation and progress reports forwarded by the central and decentralized
services of the Ministry and Courts;
- any research or mission entrusted by the hierarchy.
(2) In addition to the Unit Head, the Monitoring Unit shall comprise, two
